At Desert Indian flame, we believe great food doesn’t need to pick a side. Our kitchen blends the comfort of home-style Indian cooking with the fire of Chinese wok technique, serving up everything from street snacks and tandoori grills to sizzling Indo-Chinese classics, all cooked fresh to order.
“We opened Desert Indian Flame because we grew up eating both cuisines at home, and never understood why restaurants made you choose. Every dish here is built the way we’d cook it for our own family.”
